枣泥彩色汤圆
汤圆在我们这里叫圆团,寓言团团圆圆,自家做汤圆可以依照自家的喜好调换,我们喜好枣泥馅料,满口的香甜,外皮用紫薯和糯米粉搭配,最后用糖桂花入汤,味道真的一级棒。

  • 白糖20克
  • 冷大米粥200克

Steps to make 枣泥彩色汤圆

  • 1.紫薯去皮切成小块
  • 2.放入蒸锅蒸熟
  • 3.红枣洗净后去核
  • 4.剁成碎末
  • 5.加入白糖和猪油拌匀
  • 6.搓圆成馅料
  • 7.准备糯米粉和冷大米粥
  • 8.先把紫薯加入100克面粉里搓匀再加入20克大米粥
  • 9.揉匀成紫薯粉团,白色糯米团用200克糯米粉加入170克冷大米粥揉匀成团
  • 10.搓成长条,紫薯的比白色的细一半
  • 11.然后就这样扭在一起
  • 12.重复2次合拢再搓圆
  • 13.分成均匀的坯子
  • 14.用大拇指转圈捏成酒盅状汤圆皮
  • 15.加入馅料
  • 16.虎口收口搓圆
  • 17.锅内水开后下入汤圆煮熟后盛出
