芋头糕

  • 广式腊肠150g
  • 粘米粉600g
  • 玉米淀粉50g
  • 虾米15g
  • 炒花生米50g
  • 12g
  • 白糖30g
  • 十三香3g
  • 鸡精少许
  • 清水800ml

Steps to make 芋头糕

  • 1.香芋削皮。
  • 2.切成长丝。
  • 3.配料:腊肠、虾米、花生仁。
  • 4.粘米粉和玉米淀粉拌一起。
  • 5.加上清水调成酸奶状。
  • 6.起锅烧油,倒入腊肠丁炒至干香。
  • 7.放入虾米炒香。
  • 8.放入芋头丝炒软。
  • 9.加入盐、糖、十三香和鸡精。
  • 10.拌匀入味。
  • 11.转至小火,倒入粉浆。
  • 12.翻拌凝固后关火。
  • 13.撒入花生米拌匀。
  • 14.准备一个方形的不锈钢盆,底部垫上油纸放便脱模,或刷上油也一样。
  • 15.全部倒入盆内,压至平实。
  • 16.水开入锅蒸40分钟,如浅一点的盆可缩短时间。
  • 17.时间到。
  • 18.撒上熟芝麻,彻底放凉后才能脱模。
  • 19.脱模后切成小块,可直接吃,也可加热煎着吃。
  • 20.煎至表面微黄更香。
  • 21.成品。泡上一壶清茶配上芋头糕,平淡简单的日子最美。
