法式焦糖布丁Creme Brulee
Creme Brulee作为经典的法式甜点,口感细腻柔滑超甜蜜,做法也很简单,可以提前做好放冰箱冷藏,饭后作为甜点也可以哦。吃的时候用小勺轻轻一敲,将薄薄脆脆的一层焦糖敲开,底下是冰凉顺滑的蛋奶布丁,甜蜜~~~

  • 20g + 3小勺

Steps to make 法式焦糖布丁Creme Brulee

  • 1.所要用到的原料,都烤箱预热150度
  • 2.将牛奶和淡奶油倒奶锅里,小火加热
  • 3.加热的同时缓慢搅拌均匀,看到冒热气的时候就关火,放凉,大约需要10分钟
  • 4.蛋黄加糖并搅拌均匀
  • 5.将蛋液缓慢倒入放凉的奶锅里
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.将蛋奶液倒入准备好的烤杯里,同时取一个烤盘,烤盘里倒入热水
  • 8.将烤杯和烤盘放进烤箱150度烤30分钟,注意不要烤过
  • 9.布丁放进冰箱冷藏2小时至2天以内都可以,要吃的时候从冰箱取出,烤杯内撒一小勺糖在布丁表面,再转动烤杯让布丁表面沾上一层糖,将多余的糖倒出,最后用喷枪在离布丁几公分的地方喷烧,要注意观察,因为喷枪焦糖的速度很快
