南瓜馒头卷

Steps to make 南瓜馒头卷

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.南瓜去皮切小块放蒸锅中蒸熟(用筷子扎一下,可以穿过就是熟了)
  • 3.把蒸好的南瓜碾碎放凉
  • 4.放凉后的南瓜加入酵母粉
  • 5.然后加入面粉和白糖
  • 6.用筷子拌成絮状,然后再用手揉
  • 7.揉成光滑面团揉好后盖上保鲜膜发酵至二倍大
  • 8.水中加入酵母调均匀
  • 9.盘子中倒入面粉,调好的酵母,还有白糖
  • 10.拌成絮状
  • 11.揉成光滑面团揉好后盖上保鲜膜发酵至二倍大
  • 12.如图上面面团里面有小孔即是完成发面(新手这步一定要看啊)
  • 13.发酵好的南瓜面团和白面团发酵好的充分排气,擀成薄面皮
  • 14.白的面皮上盖上南瓜面皮,用擀面杖压一下叠好的两块面皮,让两面皮之间没有空隙将两块面皮卷起来
  • 15.切成小块加上保鲜袋进行二次发酵20分钟
  • 16.蒸板加入白布,放入馒头,盖上盖子,大火烧开后转中小火蒸二十分钟关火焖五分钟即可
