双色蛋糕

  • 可可粉3克

Steps to make 双色蛋糕

  • 1.准备好主辅料
  • 2.蛋糕从中间一分为二
  • 3.奶油加砂糖打发至湿性发泡
  • 4.蛋糕片表面抹上一层奶油,梨子切小块,均匀铺在奶油上
  • 5.再抹上适量奶油盖住梨子
  • 6.覆盖上另一片蛋糕片,将蛋糕用奶油抹均匀。我这个新手手忙脚乱的也没能抹得够平整均匀
  • 7.剩下的奶油打发至硬性,装入裱花带(裱花带提前装入喜欢的裱花嘴
  • 8.挤上小花朵
  • 9.然后在蛋糕上层再挤一圈花边,覆盖上几片梨子
  • 10.剩下的奶油加可可粉搅打均匀
  • 11.装入裱花嘴填满剩余的蛋糕空白
  • 12.哪里不好看挤上一圈花朵装饰即可。对于我来说能做成这样已经很好了,虽然有点惨不忍睹。
