Shrimp meat and lotus root clip
Many people like to eat fried meat lotus root dumplings, and now lotus root dumplings have been upgraded to seafood ones. Steps to make Shrimp meat and lotus root clip

  • 1. Prepare materials
  • 2. Prepare some onion and ginger water first
  • 3. Beat the shrimp loose first
  • 4. Chop it into minced meat
  • 5. Add a small amount of salt, pepper, cooking wine, scallion and ginger water, and mix well
  • 6. Peel and cut the lotus root into thin slices
  • 7. Take two equally sized lotus root slices and spread some shrimp meat on one of them
  • 8. Press another piece onto it to form a lotus root clip
  • 9. Mix cornstarch, flour, eggs, and one side of water to make a paste
  • 10. Wrap the lotus root clip evenly in the paste
  • 11. Wrap another layer of golden bread crumbs
  • 12. Heat the oil to 70% heat, then put it in a lotus root clip and fry on both sides until cooked.
  • 13. So delicious!
