Steps to make 黑全麦小饼

  • 1.碗中放入100克黑全麦粉。
  • 2.倒入120ml的牛奶。
  • 3.加入一个鸡蛋。
  • 4.放入酵母粉。
  • 5.加入少量白砂糖。
  • 6.面糊还是有点稠,又再加了一个鸡蛋。
  • 7.搅拌成酸奶状即可。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,常温发酵一个小时(温室发酵半个小时)。
  • 9.发酵完毕,搅拌排气。
  • 10.取平底锅,用勺子舀入面糊,无需放油。
  • 11.煎至定型,翻面。
  • 12.煎至小饼可以转动,面皮鼓起来即熟了。
  • 13.成品。松松软软,奶香十足。
