煎酿三宝是香港、澳门、广东一带著名小吃。非常受欢迎,鲜香嫩软,香而不腻,多种口味,一般有苦瓜、茄子、辣椒、豆腐等作为酿料,有猪肉馅、鱼肉馅、素菜馅等根据不同口味制作。

  • 香葱150克
  • 花生油10ml

  • 生粉5克
  • 生姜2克
  • 酱油2ml
  • 鸡粉1克

Steps to make 煎酿三宝

  • 1.准备食材:茄子、苦瓜、青菜椒、猪瘦肉、香葱等
  • 2.茄子洗净切厚片,中间不要切段;苦瓜洗净切段,去籽;辣椒洗净去籽;放盐腌制30分钟;
  • 3.猪瘦肉剁碎,放盐、酱油、生粉、鸡粉、生姜、油拌均腌制10分钟;
  • 4.拌均的馅,分别酿入茄子、酿入苦瓜、青椒中;
  • 5.热锅,倒油,放入 酿好的茄子、苦瓜、青椒小火煎至黄色
  • 6.不断翻转,让360度全煎至金黄,里面的肉馅熟透即可;
  • 7.美味酿三宝就可以享用。
