菠菜奶酪面包
菠菜添加在面包里,包入蓝纹奶酪,吃的时候已基本闻不到奶酪的味道。不喜欢蓝纹奶酪可替换成其他的奶制品或不包馅。没有用高筋面粉,用普通面粉一样可以制作面包。

Steps to make 菠菜奶酪面包

  • 1.面粉125克清水125克酵母1克,放入盆里,用刮刀搅拌成湿湿的面团,盖保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏发酵24小时左右;
  • 2.用之前取出面团,已经膨胀至3倍大,全是气泡;
  • 3.把面粉125克,清水60克盐5克橄榄油10克放入面包机桶中,放入全部的酵头;
  • 4.一个和面程序结束,面团至图中的样子就可以;
  • 5.放入洗净沥干水分的菠菜,菠菜不用切碎,用手撕碎就可以;
  • 6.菠菜揉进面团里,收圆入盆,盖保鲜膜进行一发;
  • 7.室温下24度,2个小时左右,发至2倍大;
  • 8.取出面团按压排气,分割成5份,滚圆,醒发15分钟左右;
  • 9.准备蓝纹奶酪,切小块;
  • 10.取一个面团,压扁,包入适量的奶酪,收紧口;
  • 11.全部做完的面团放在油布上,温暖的低粉进行二发;
  • 12.大约一个半小时,发酵至2倍大,表面刷一层橄榄油,同时烤箱预热,烤盘也放在烤箱中一同预热;
  • 13.预热后的烤盘取出,放入装面团的油布,放入烤箱中,喷水,中层,220度,30分钟;
  • 14.到时取出,烤后的面包是表皮硬脆,内里松软,奶酪已烤化。
  • 15.蓝纹奶酪就是这样,削掉表面的绿毛,里面就是第九步中的样子。
