全麦花环面包

  • 白糖50克
  • 酵母4克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油25克
  • 牛奶130克

Steps to make 全麦花环面包

  • 1.准备所需食材。
  • 2.除黄油和盐以外的所有食材混合和成光滑的面团后加入黄油和盐继续启动和面程序。
  • 3.面团和至如图完全扩展阶段后盖上保鲜膜开始发酵。
  • 4.发酵好的面团用手蘸少许面粉戳一下不会回缩。
  • 5.将发酵好的面团排气平分成6份,滚圆并松弛十分钟备用。
  • 6.取一个面团再次揉圆。
  • 7.8寸模具里面刷一层油防粘。
  • 8.依次做好所有的面团后放入模具,入烤箱进行二次发酵。
  • 9.面团发酵至2倍大后,烤箱180度预热10分钟再烤20分钟即可。
