黑芝麻戚风蛋糕
那天,俺家小主念叨着说:在微博上见到黑芝麻戚风蛋糕,想着肯定好吃,问我能做吗?我说:烘焙这么多年了,还能不会做戚风蛋糕嘛!
小主喜欢的,我就有了动力,赶紧做吧!
做完了,小主说很像水泥的,给我逗乐了!

  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 低筋粉60克
  • 砂糖25克(蛋黄)
  • 牛奶45克
  • 食用油45克
  • 食盐2克
  • 砂糖60克(蛋白)
  • 黑芝麻粉20克

Steps to make 黑芝麻戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备好原料,鸡蛋室温下回温;
  • 2.将蛋清、蛋黄分离在无油无水的盆里;
  • 3.在蛋黄盆里加入砂糖、食盐、食用油、牛奶;
  • 4.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀;
  • 5.筛入低筋粉拌至无干粉状态;
  • 6.再加入黑芝麻粉,拌匀;
  • 7.开始打蛋白,分三次加入砂糖,打至干性发泡;
  • 8.取三分之一打好的蛋白放入蛋黄糊里,拌匀;
  • 9.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒回蛋白盆里,与剩余的蛋白拌匀;
  • 10.将蛋糕糊倒入模具里(我用的是8寸模),在台面上震一下,震平整,放入预热好的烤箱里,上火120度、下火100度,烤制55分钟;
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕扣在晾架上晾凉。
