记忆中的小时候除了肉以外,只要是好吃的东西要么和糖有关系甜的吼人,要么就是油炸食品香得煽耳光,那么像蜜三刀这样又甜又糯的油炸点心,也只能在逢年过节才能看得倒,由此心中的那个馋虫像蚯蚓一样一点一点的拧着,艰难的扭到过年,盼望着我心中的那些好吃的,迎春糕、芙蓉切、红皮点心还有长在心中的“蜜三刀”

Steps to make 蜜三刀

  • 1.成品图

  • 3.将油皮食材35g普通粉、7g植物油和17克水混合后和成面团松驰20分钟;
  • 4.将油酥材料150g麦芽糖、35g植物油和85g水混合均匀,加入350g普通粉和2g泡打粉和成面团,松弛20分钟;
  • 5.取松驰好的面皮面团用擀面杖擀成正方形;
  • 6.取油酥面团擀成与油皮面片相等的正方形;
  • 7.用刷蘸上水均匀地刷在油皮面片上;
  • 8.将油酥面片叠压在油皮面片上,使两个面片粘在一起;
  • 9.油酥表面撒上白芝麻,用擀面杖擀成0.8厘米的厚片;
  • 10.用刮刀整理好四个边际;
  • 11.用刀切成2厘米宽的长条;
  • 12.再切成2X3厘米的小方块;
  • 13.每块表面用刀划上三刀,但不要切断;
  • 14.接着制作糖浆;将115g麦芽糖、90g白砂糖和15g水到入锅中;

  • 18.立即放入糖浆中,使炸好的小方块表面粘满糖浆既可捞出;
