Steps to make 豆角烧茄子

  • 1.准备好豆角 茄子。
  • 2.豆角 茄子分别切段(茄子用清水泡一下)。
  • 3.锅中放油,分别把豆角 茄子炸熟捞出备用。
  • 4.切好辣椒 蒜末 葱段,用一个小碗装点清水 加入盐 生抽 老抽 白糖 蚝油 生粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.锅中留点底油,加入蒜末 辣椒炒香,放入豆角 茄子翻炒。
  • 6.再倒入调好的料汁水,加点油泼辣子(不喜欢吃辣的可以忽略)翻炒一下,撒上葱段出锅。
  • 7.装盘。
