  • 6.辣椒和蒜苗都切成小块。
  • 7.起锅烧油。

  • 9.下入甲鱼,翻炒上色。
  • 10.甲鱼铲至一边,下入辣椒和蒜苗,姜翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入干辣椒,翻炒均匀。
  • 12.加入半罐啤酒,稍煮入味。
  • 13.加入盐、鸡精、蚝油、老抽调味,翻炒均匀,最后加入蒜苗叶装饰一下。
  • 14.起锅装盘。
