Steps to make 豉香手撕包菜

  • 1.白菜用手撕洗净,干辣椒对半剪开。
  • 2.将调味汁原料混合,入料理机打匀。
  • 3.炒锅放3汤匙油,烧至温热,下干辣椒炸香。
  • 4.再下包菜,炒匀。
  • 5.因为包菜很嫩,所以炒匀后就可以把调味汁倒入。
  • 6.炒匀后再翻炒片刻即可出锅了。口味重的人可以再加少许盐和鸡精,我觉得这味道已经够了,所以就没再调味了。
