  • 1.首先,取几个布丁杯放入沸水锅中煮几分钟,消毒杀菌,然后取出倒扣沥干水备用。保证杯中,杯盖无水无油哦~~~~
  • 2.食材的准备:1.芒果360g(果肉重量) 2.青柠檬半个 3冰糖65g 今天的果酱大人小孩都爱吃,再来一片方包,完美!!!!
  • 3.下面我们处理芒果。芒果去皮去核,制作布丁需要300g芒果泥,60g芒果丁。芒果泥用料理机打几下就好,芒果丁就不用教怎样切了吧~~~
  • 4.起干净锅,倒入芒果泥,芒果丁,冰糖。小火搅拌加热。
  • 5.搅拌的冰糖快融化的时候,加热半个柠檬的汁,继续搅拌加热。
  • 6.慢慢煮,要有耐心哦~~一定要不停的搅拌,不然怕粘锅。煮成大概这个粘度就可以出锅的了!!!
  • 7.趁热把果酱装入瓶中,记得不要太满哦~~~美不!!!
  • 8.装好后的果酱盖好盖子,趁热倒扣在桌面放冷。然后在冰箱保存。可以保存1个月哦~~~是不是很简单!!!
