零失败的烤羊排
俺家孩子要吃烤羊排,他一说我也想吃了,就去买了一块羊排,回来烤了吃。今天的做法是先煮后烤,特别适合家庭做,不用担心火候问题,烤好的羊排外皮酥脆,里面软嫩,口感和 味道都很好,即使是零厨艺也可以轻松搞定。过年的适合上一道这个烤羊排,那一定会大受欢迎的。

Steps to make 零失败的烤羊排

  • 1.羊排两根肋骨切成一条,中间斩断,洗净。
  • 2.凉水入锅焯烫出血沫,然后捞出洗净表面血沫。
  • 3.砂锅里水烧开,放入羊排。
  • 4.放一块姜和适量的花椒,大火煮开后转小火炖30分钟。这个时间可以根据羊排的老嫩程度调整。如果是嫩羊排煮20分钟即可,大个的比较老的羊排可以适当多煮一会儿。原则是煮熟即可,不要煮的太软烂,因为后面还要烤。
  • 5.煮好的羊排捞出,用孜然烤肉料拌均匀,腌半天。我是早上腌中午烤的。烤肉料的用量按要烤的熟羊排的重量等比例放入即可。烤肉料都有说明。
  • 6.腌好的羊排放在烤网上,再撒上一层孜然粉。
  • 7.用烤箱的空气炸功能,180度烤18分钟左右。有空气炸锅的也可以用它烤。
  • 8.烤好的羊排非常好吃。
  • 9.煮羊排的汤我用来下烩面,一点也不浪费。
