Steps to make 杯子蛋糕

  • 1.食材(9杯):金龙鱼蛋糕粉100克、黄油100克、牛奶20克、白砂糖40克、泡打粉1/2勺(2.5ml)、鸡蛋2个(约80克)。装饰食材:喷射奶油
  • 2.黄油切小块,在室温下软化;
  • 3.金龙鱼烘焙低筋粉和泡打粉混合,过筛;
  • 4.软化的黄油加白砂糖,用电动打蛋器打发至体积蓬松,颜色变淡。
  • 5.接着倒入三分之一的鸡蛋,用打蛋器打至黄油和鸡蛋完全融合,接着倒入第二次、第三次,每次都要让鸡蛋和黄油融合才能进行下一次加入鸡蛋。
  • 6.如何判别黄油是否打发好:呈现蓬松、顺滑,鸡蛋和黄油不分离,是黏在一起的。
  • 7.加入牛奶、过筛好的面粉和泡打粉,用硅胶刮刀翻拌均匀,上下左右翻,不要画圈圈,不要过度搅拌。混合好的蛋糕面糊,无颗粒状,顺滑。
  • 8.把面糊倒入杯子里,六成满即可,装好面糊的杯子放入烤盘。
  • 9.烤箱预热,175度,20分钟。每个烤箱和纸杯大小不同,时间和温度略有差异。
  • 10.烤好的蛋糕,放凉之后,喷雾型奶油放入冷冻箱冻8分钟,取出摇晃一下,挤在杯子蛋糕上,简单好吃的杯子蛋糕就做好了。
  • 11.美味的杯子蛋糕就做好了。
