蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 1.锅中加入少许油,烧热后放入蒜末爆香;
  • 2.将一半煸香的蒜蓉装入碗中,倒入少许蒸鱼豉油拌匀成调味汁;
  • 3.沿着壳壁用小刀把贝肉取下,去除内脏和腮,留下中间那团圆形的肉以及月牙形的黄,把粉丝剪成小段,垫在扇贝底下,重新放回扇贝;
  • 4.把剩下的一半蒜蓉分放在每个扇贝肉上,再放上姜丝;
  • 5.蒸锅里放冷水烧开后,放入扇贝大火蒸5分钟出锅;
  • 6.把蒸好的扇贝去掉上面姜丝,用小勺把之前调好的调味汁趁热浇在扇贝上,撒上葱花和太子剁椒即可。
