烤全鸡
最近爱上做烤箱菜,特别方便,鸡是前一晚腌制好的,第二天需要的时候直接放入烤箱即可,在烘烤的过程中还可以忙炒菜,合理利用时间(使用长帝烤箱制作)

  • 烤肉酱100g
  • 蚝油100g
  • 食盐5g
  • 1块
  • 洋葱1个
  • 大蒜1颗
  • 料酒10g
  • 花生油50g
  • 南乳2块

Steps to make 烤全鸡

  • 1.将整鸡内脏去掉洗干净,沥干水,生姜、洋葱去皮洗净,切丝备用;大蒜剁成蒜蓉
  • 2. 将烤肉酱、蚝油、盐、料酒、花生油、南乳混合搅拌均匀,再加入姜丝、洋葱、蒜蓉拌均匀
  • 3.把整鸡放入调料酱中,鸡身涂上酱料,塞入部分酱料进鸡肚中
  • 4.用保鲜膜封住盆口进行腌制,腌制4~8小时即可(最好是隔夜腌制)
  • 5.把全鸡从嘴到尾串过烤叉,鸡翅和鸡腿用铁丝扎好,预热好烤箱,放入全鸡,下面放接渣盘或锡纸接油渣
  • 6.使用上下火+转叉功能,150度烤20分钟后取出涂一次腌料,再烤40分钟即可
