Steps to make 糖水黄桃

  • 1.黄桃去皮,最好选较硬的黄桃。
  • 2.黄桃去核切块。
  • 3.加入45克冷开水、85克冰糖。
  • 4.保鲜膜包住,用牙签戳小洞。蒸锅加清水,放入蒸架,大碗放在蒸架上。
  • 5.盖好锅盖,大火烧开上汽后转中火蒸20-30分钟。黄桃变成橘黄色即可。
  • 6.取出大碗,去除保鲜膜,放凉后密封保存,冷藏一晚,果香充分释放味道更佳。
  • 7.成品图。
