酱烤羊肉串
要问夏天的夜晚啥最火?那一定是“街边大排档”;要问大排档啥最火?一定是“啤酒&羊肉串”。再过几天世界杯就要开幕了,整整一个的赛事,相信“啤酒&肉串”会更火;不管你身大江南北,还是异国他乡,都会忘不了“啤酒&羊肉串”之美味!
对于吃货的我们,想吃肉串,又何必去排档去遭那份油烟与忐忑?自己在家做岂不是更新鲜、更卫生、更放心呢!今儿我是从一整只小羊腿中,精选了最嫩的部分来做羊肉串的,洗好切好后先用酱料腌制入味,再串成串,入烤箱烤;烤好的羊肉串:肉质新鲜细嫩,香味扑鼻无油烟,绝对放心吃;再来杯啤酒,哇,亲们:有没有流口水哈~~~

  • 羊腿肉510克
  • 生姜5片
  • 香葱少许
  • 芝麻少许
  • 孜然粉少许
  • 辣椒面少许
  • 孜然烤肉酱60克
  • 奥尔良烤肉料18克

Steps to make 酱烤羊肉串

  • 1.备好食材,羊肉选用内蒙新鲜小羊后腿。
  • 2.羊腿肉洗净沥干后切小块,要搭配点肥肉,味道更赞。
  • 3.放入碗中,加入孜然烤肉酱。
  • 4.再倒入奥尔良烤肉料。
  • 5.加葱、姜拌匀后入冰箱腌制一夜。
  • 6.取出用干净的竹签,将羊肉肥瘦相间搭配串成串。
  • 7.并排放至烤架上。
  • 8.送入预热好的烤箱中上层:选择热风烤、上火200度。
  • 9.烤至10分钟时取出表面刷层食用油。
  • 10.表面撒些孜然粉和辣椒面,再翻面。
  • 11.继续烤10分钟,取出。
  • 12.表面刷点食用油,接着撒孜然粉、辣椒面和少许芝麻,再烤5分钟后取出。
  • 13.放入一个大盘中。
  • 14.趁热开吃了,真的太香太好了。
