麻辣手撕鸡

Steps to make 麻辣手撕鸡

  • 1.鸡胸肉2块
  • 2.黄瓜1根
  • 3.锅里放冷水把鸡胸肉放入锅中、放入姜片、干辣椒、料酒煮熟
  • 4.黄瓜切丝放入盘里垫底
  • 5.鸡肉煮好后捞出掠凉、用手撕成丝
  • 6.准备:花椒、蒜姜切末、干辣椒切碎、葱切段。鸡汤半碗(没有鸡汤可以用煮鸡胸肉的水或白开水)
  • 7.锅里放油烧6成热、把蒜姜末炒香
  • 8.放入花椒、干辣椒段炒香
  • 9.放入辣椒油炒出红油
  • 10.倒入鸡汤烧开
  • 11.放入鸡丝烧开后焖半小时入味
  • 12.最后葱花出锅,盛入黄瓜丝的盘里
  • 13.麻辣咸鲜特别下饭
