咸鱼腊肠煲仔饭

Steps to make 咸鱼腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.准备:两杯米,清洗一下,放少许花生搅拌均匀,静放10分钟,再放适量的水泡30分钟(按正常煮饭的水量即可)。
  • 2.准备:咸鱼(不是很咸)腊肠,姜,葱花,紫苏。
  • 3.改刀将咸鱼,腊肠切好。
  • 4.将泡好的米上锅煮,先大火煮约三至五分钟左右。
  • 5.看到水分没有后。
  • 6.用筷子插孔让米饭更均匀熟透。
  • 7.然后把咸鱼块铺于饭面。
  • 8.再铺腊肠,姜丝(在操作这些步骤时需把火调到最小或先关掉火,要不然底会烧糊哦)。
  • 9.盖上盖子小火焖煮10分钟左右(时间只供参考,每个炉具的火力大小不一,这得看各人平时的经验了,只要能煮熟透就行。
  • 10.过了十分钟后打开盖子放入紫苏。
  • 11.淋上生抽,沿锅边淋少许花生油,这样锅巴会更香,盖回盖子再焖两分钟关火,这时需要虚焖几分钟,不要马上打开盖子。
  • 12.时间到了打开盖子,超级香哦。
  • 13.撒上葱花,上桌啦,吃的时候搅拌均匀味没得说,最后那锅巴才是灵魂。
