  • 1.在超市买的新鲜的虾仁肉肉,回来后去掉沙线清洗干净备用
  • 2.鸡蛋顶部去皮只保留蛋清滴入虾仁只
  • 3.小葱切成小粒备用
  • 4.准备玉米淀粉和泡打粉
  • 5.适量的泡打粉和玉米淀粉、盐放入虾仁中
  • 6.加入适量清水把虾仁拌匀入味最后撒入葱花搅拌均匀即可
  • 7.锅中倒入适量玉米油加热至6-7成热时放入虾仁开始炸,炸制金黄色时即可捞出
  • 8.炸好的虾仁装入盘中
  • 9.将虾仁沥干油份摆在盘中搭配椒盐味道超棒
  • 10.虾仁是男女老少咸宜的美味
