糖蒜的腌制

  • 白糖1050g
  • 食盐少许

Steps to make 糖蒜的腌制

  • 1.将鲜蒜去老皮,
  • 2.白糖1050克,备用。
  • 3.醋600克,备用。
  • 4.清水600克,备用。
  • 5.取锅放火上,加入水、糖、醋和少许盐,烧沸成糖醋汁后。
  • 6.晾凉,备用。
  • 7.放入清水中,泡浸24小时,中间每5小时~6小时换1次水,以减少辛辣味,而后捞出控水。
  • 8.晾干待用。
  • 9.蒜放入糖醋汁锅中。
  • 10.找一个无油干净的坛子,沥干水分的蒜放进坛子中,把调好的汁倒进坛子里就行了,汁要漫过大蒜,盖盖保存,不用密封,开始的时候上层的蒜会浮起来,腌制的前几天要每天搅拌一下以使腌制均匀。
  • 11.成品图。
