  • 1.超市买的现做年糕一根,胡萝卜半根。
  • 2.白菜洗净切块,放入盆中,加点盐,腌渍十分钟。
  • 3.胡萝卜切片,开水焯成半熟。
  • 4.年糕切片,开水焯软。
  • 5.焯好的胡萝卜 年糕过凉水装盘待用。
  • 6.腌渍好的白菜,攥尽水分。
  • 7.火腿切片。
  • 8.葱姜切丝,蒜切片。
  • 9.热锅凉油放入葱姜蒜煸炒出香味。
  • 10.先放入白菜翻炒。
  • 11.再放入胡萝卜 年糕翻炒。
  • 12.翻炒均匀,加入韩式辣椒酱一勺(按照吃辣的喜好添加)。
  • 13.最后再放入火腿片翻炒。
  • 14.所有食材翻炒均匀就可以出锅了。
