胡萝卜玉米面小饼

Steps to make 胡萝卜玉米面小饼

  • 1.用温水把玉米面,黄豆面,小米面,酵母粉,调成粥状,搅拌均匀。醒10分钟。
  • 2.胡萝卜洗净,我习惯去皮。
  • 3.用擦丝器擦成胡萝卜蓉。
  • 4.把胡萝卜蓉加到面糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.平底锅烧热,倒入少许油,以厨房用纸均匀地把油擦在锅底,薄薄一层即可。油多成煎了,易糊底。
  • 6.换盛汤的大勺,舀一勺面糊到锅中。(一大勺一个小饼的量)
  • 7.盖上锅盖,全程小火,等锅盖开“出汗”时,给小饼反面。这面用时4、5分钟,没看表我估计的。
  • 8.再盖上锅盖2分钟左右,小饼成熟。
