牛奶是最古老的天然饮料之一,被誉为“白色血液”,对人体的重要性可想而知。我们中国人的早餐饮品中,牛奶绝对占有很重要的地位,想要健康,就多喝牛奶吧。
今天我们把这三种食物原料综合起来,这样,美丽苗条健康,你都拥有啦。虽然叫奶昔,但跟传统的又有区别,热量低,也不凉,老人小孩喝都很棒呢。

  • 1.紫薯去皮,切成小块。

  • 5.开始只放了250ML牛奶,觉得少了点,又倒了一盒。
