  • 5.复炸一次定型。
  • 6.锅滑锅后,烧热,倒入白糖。
  • 7.马上快速搅拌,让糖融化。
  • 8.白糖要全部融化成糖浆哦。
  • 9.加入白糖。
  • 10.白醋加进去会沸腾,正常现象,搅拌一下让它均匀。
  • 11.然后马上倒入炸好的香蕉,让表面全部粘上糖液,然后乘糖液还是热的时候,快速出锅装盘,冷了就粘在一起了。
  • 12.吃的时候,夹起来就能拔丝了。
