Steps to make 陈皮排骨

  • 1.将陈皮切成丝先泡上三十分钟;
  • 2.将洗净的排骨放入碗中, 加入姜片, 酱油和少量的料酒, 再将泡过的陈皮捞出放入其中;
  • 3.带上一次性手套将它们抓匀, 覆盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱中腌制四个小时以上;
  • 4.将腌好的排骨加入一个鸡蛋后再次抓匀;
  • 5.在锅中放入少量的油, 下入抓匀的排骨放在锅中煎一下, 待排骨变色后捞出;
  • 6.锅中留些底油, 加入少量的冰糖;
  • 7.小火慢慢的炒出糖色来;
  • 8. 加入刚才煎好的排骨翻炒;
  • 9.翻炒上色后加入带有陈皮腌制的料汁,再加入泡过陈皮的水,盖上盖,大火烧开, 小火煮上十五分钟;
  • 10.揭盖后大火收汁即可;
  • 11.出锅装盘。
