咖喱牛肉酥皮月饼
这两天已经过了中秋节了,再做传统的月饼有点适宜,在这个后月饼时代,咱来个创新的中西结合的酥皮月饼。这款月饼采用西式的咖喱牛肉做馅料,包裹中式的苏式月饼的酥皮,吃起来馅香皮酥,味道超赞的。而且做成很讨喜的圆圆的形状,符合中国人的团圆理念。今天用了200克牛肉,小侄子也来啦,做出来后全部被吃光光,大有不够吃的意思,哈哈,看他们吃的高兴,我心里甜丝丝的。

  • 咖喱块50g
  • 千层酥皮1张

Steps to make 咖喱牛肉酥皮月饼

  • 1.牛肉剁成馅,要手工剁,不要太碎即可。不要用绞肉机,那样太碎了
  • 2.洋葱切碎,蒜切碎
  • 3.锅中放橄榄油,下蒜炒香,下入洋葱碎炒至洋葱变透明
  • 4.把洋葱扒一边,下肉馅
  • 5.煸炒至肉稍微变色
  • 6.再和洋葱一起翻炒均匀
  • 7.下入咖喱块
  • 8.翻炒至咖喱完全融化包裹均匀,晾凉备用
  • 9.取一张千层酥皮,擀成约2毫米厚的片,用蛋糕模具切成花边圆形。我没有大的花边切模具,就用这个模具代替了。
  • 10.一片片的切出来,酥皮上放上咖喱牛肉馅
  • 11.再盖上一个皮,边压紧
  • 12.做好后放入烤盘,表面刷蛋液,撒上芝麻或者瓜子仁
  • 13.烤箱170度预热5分钟。入烤箱烤15分钟
  • 14.烤好的牛肉酥皮月饼,好香的
  • 15.如果不是为了做月饼形状,可以把它做成饺子状,烤好即可。味道是一样的,这个更快捷方便
