懒人叉烧包

Steps to make 懒人叉烧包

  • 1.适量洋葱切碎。
  • 2.肉切小丁。(最好用五花肉)
  • 3.锅里放油,炒至洋葱变软。
  • 4.放肉丁翻炒。
  • 5.放少量料酒,生抽,老抽,蚝油。最后放一勺叉烧酱,(可以尝下味道,不够可以再舀)翻炒。
  • 6.玉米淀粉用水搅匀。(提前备好)倒入锅里煮至叉烧馅浓稠。
  • 7.舀至碗中备用。
  • 8.温水230克(水量随天气变化而变化),酵母5克,泡打粉3克,面粉500克,揉成光滑的面团。
  • 9.天冷可以放在温水锅里,发酵2倍大小,再次揉面团,排气。
  • 10.案板洒少许面粉,防沾。取适量面团,按扁,擀成大圆形。
  • 11.放入叉烧馅。
  • 12.包包子一样,包起来。用保鲜膜盖住(防干),发酵2倍大小。
  • 13.放入蒸屉里,大火蒸15分钟,焖5分钟即可。
