  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.粉丝洗干净放开水锅中煮软。
  • 3.丝瓜洗净去皮,切1厘米左右条,放盐腌5分钟。
  • 4.虾去掉外壳,挑去虾线,用刀从虾背切开口,不要切断。切好的虾倒料酒、胡椒粉、盐腌10分钟。
