    Steps to make 肉夹馍

    • 1.发酵粉温水化开,少量糖和盐温水化开
    • 2.一起倒入面粉中揉捏成面团,软硬适中不粘手为宜
    • 3.包上保鲜膜,置于温暖处发酵成2倍大、内成蜂窝状,排出空气揉成面团
    • 4.分成三个面剂子,按扁,擀薄,将三个薄饼叠加擀成一个大饼,卷起,再分成三个剂子,按扁,擀薄,用牙签戳几个小孔,盖上面盆饧10分钟左右
    • 5.烤箱上下管140度预热10分钟,白吉馍放入烤盘烘烤15-20分钟左右取出,中间切开待用
    • 6.带皮猪肉拔毛刮皮洗净,分成几大块,焯水出血沫洗净
    • 7.加水没过猪肉大火烧开,放姜、八角、桂皮、香叶、茴香、花椒、料酒、老抽,小火炖煮1个半小时左右,放生抽、适量盐、糖,继续煮1个小时左右
    • 8.将炖煮好的猪肉切碎,淋上汤汁夹在白吉馍里即可
    • 9.馅料十足,巨无霸肉夹馍,香的没话说
