  • 1.食材准备,糯米洗净,隔夜浸泡一夜。
  • 2.锅盛水,放入蒸笼,铺上纱布,倒入糯米,大火蒸25分钟(中间可以倒一碗热水,使糯米不会太硬)。
  • 3.在糯米蒸时,将红枣切半去核,蜜枣去核切细条,枸杞子洗净沥干。
  • 4.锅热放入白油融化,关火。
  • 5.趁热倒入蒸熟糯米,快速翻拌。
  • 6.立即加糖后,快速翻拌入味(添料可以随意)。
  • 7.在干净盘上,放上一张保鲜膜。趁热放入拌好糯米,放上豆沙馅。
  • 8.再盖上糯米成半圆球,用枸杞子、红枣、密枣,摆成自己喜爱的图案,包上保鲜膜,很快一个漂亮的八宝饭做好啦,放冰箱冷冻。吃时取掉保鲜膜,微波炉转5分钟即可。
