  • 3.热锅放油,下鸡蛋炒熟盛出备用。
  • 4.锅中还有底油,放猪肉片滑炒至变色。
  • 5.如图,炒至如此,盛出备用。
  • 6.锅中加少许油,下蒜片煸香。
  • 7.下青瓜,黑木耳翻炒一会大约2分钟。
  • 8.调少许盐再炒均匀。
  • 9.把刚才已炒熟的鸡蛋,肉片倒回锅中炒匀即可。
