    Steps to make 辣炒花蛤

    • 1.首先把买来的花蛤放在盛有盐水的盆里,盐水能促进花蛤张口,加速吐沙,用盐水浸泡约两小时,保证花蛤完全吐净泥沙。
    • 2.在锅里加入油,油烧热后加入尖辣椒和姜丝炒香,加入花蛤一起翻炒。翻炒时要用大火快速翻炒,这样炒花蛤更容易和外壳分离。
    • 3.在锅中挤入甜面酱加入一勺料酒,继续翻炒一会,之后再加少许清水焖一会能让花蛤吸收更多热量,促进花蛤张嘴。
    • 4.这时候加入生抽、滴几滴醋就可以出锅了。
    • 5.可以加点香葱末点缀一下,我这次做的简单,原汁原味的
