清热解暑菜---苦瓜煎蛋
秋季进补应以清补、平补为主。除了阳虚体质者外,不要过多食用温热的食物或药物,如羊肉、狗肉、人参、鹿茸、肉桂等,否则极易加重秋燥。
   虽已立秋,但依然暑盛湿重,既伤肾气又困脾胃,吃苦味食物可补气固肾,健脾燥湿,平衡机体功能。而苦瓜无疑是苦味食物的代表,它不但能清暑泻火、解热除烦、清心明目、益气壮阳,还是具有“全方位”营养价值的长寿食品。

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2. 用筷子将苦瓜瓤掏出,非常简单,在里转几圈就可。
  • 3.横切薄片。
  • 4. 放清水加半茶匙盐浸泡10分钟去一些苦味。
  • 5.苦瓜倒掉盐水,清水冲一遍,挤去水分,可入两个鸡蛋,加一茶匙盐。
  • 6.用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 7.煎锅放油烧热,倒入苦瓜鸡蛋液,晃动锅一圈,摊匀。
  • 8.一面凝固后,翻至另一面煎熟。
