Steps to make 粉红苋菜面

  • 1.锅里烧开水,将苋菜下锅煮3分钟后捞起。
  • 2.将苋菜加麻油、胡椒粉、盐、蒜茸拌匀。
  • 3.取苋菜汁。
  • 4.加入面粉。
  • 5.和成面团醒20分钟。
  • 6.用面条机做成面条,撒上干面粉防粘。
  • 7.锅里烧开水,放油、盐,将面条煮熟。
  • 8.捞起后放入苋菜即可。
