Steps to make 鸡杂炒粉丝

  • 1.鸡胗,鸡肠,鸡肝,鸡心洗净切小块,用油、盐、广东米酒入味,这只鸡开始下蛋了,所以有几个鸡蛋。
  • 2.粉丝泡软,剪断。
  • 3.菜心洗净。
  • 4.油锅爆香姜蒜。
  • 5.倒入鸡胗炒至变色。
  • 6.加入菜心翻炒。
  • 7.放入粉丝。
  • 8.粉丝比较吸水,所以要倒一些开水,盖上盖子。
  • 9.收干水份后加生抽和盐调味。
  • 10.上碟。这是宴会菜里小孩子最喜欢的一道菜,也是我最喜欢的一道菜。
