虾仁辣白菜年糕汤

  • 红萝卜1/4条
  • 胡椒粉1茶匙
  • 麻油1/2汤匙
  • 鸡精1茶匙

Steps to make 虾仁辣白菜年糕汤

  • 1.将虾仁放入一碗,放盐1/2茶匙,胡椒粉1/2茶匙、高度酒1茶匙,抓腌放在一旁,红萝卜切粒,再把年糕煮至熟透,捞起;
  • 2.用清水冲洗,可以减少汤水的粘稠;
  • 3.锅里放水,放韩国辣白菜,慢火熬约15分钟,让辣白菜出味,再放青豆、玉米、红萝卜,烧约5分钟;
  • 4.倒入虾仁和年糕,大火滚至虾仁刚熟即可收火,撒入胡椒粉1/2茶匙、麻油1/2汤匙、鸡精1茶匙(可省略),搅拌几下即可。
