七夕好礼——爱心三明治曲奇

  • 可可粉(可可味)15-20克

  • 黄油(夹心)75克
  • 奶油奶酪35-40克
  • 黑巧克力75克

Steps to make 七夕好礼——爱心三明治曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化至蛋黄酱状,加入糖粉用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入一个蛋黄与蛋白一共25克,与黄油充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将黄油糊分成2份,其中一份加入红丝绒精华搅拌均匀后,筛入低粉搅拌成团 可可口味那个部分:可可粉15-20克,低粉70-75 另一份,低粉与可可粉混合均匀后,筛入到黄油糊中。将面团反复揉搓,展开再揉成团,反复几次后,将面团密封放入冰箱冷藏6小时以上(尽量不要缩短冷藏时间,以免烘烤鼓包)。
  • 4.将面团擀成3MM厚度的薄片,用饼干模具压出形状,置于烘烤硅胶垫上(压剩下的再次收集起来重新擀成薄片)。
  • 5.烤箱160度烘烤12-14分钟。
  • 6.夹心非常简单,黄油与奶油奶酪软化后搅拌到一起,黑巧克力融化后加进去搅拌均匀,夹心稍微冷却后再与自然摊凉后的饼干组合。夹心厚度可以随心而定哦。
