蛋包饭
小朋友们很喜欢的一道菜或饭。不过就是蛋炒饭换了个做法,用蛋饼包住炒饭而已,就能刺激小朋友们探索的“欲望”——扒开蛋皮,找到米饭,再找找肉肉、找个玉米粒、找颗豌豆……不知不觉间,竟然吃下了一大碗饭,哈哈~
宝宝不吃饭,妈妈给做蛋包饭!

  • 米饭1碗
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 鸡肉50g
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 甜玉米粒1小把
  • 豌豆粒1小把
  • 香菇2朵
  • 牛奶2大勺
  • 番茄酱3大勺
  • 少许
  • 香葱1根

Steps to make 蛋包饭

  • 1.鸡蛋加牛奶和少许盐,打散备用;
  • 2.鸡肉切丁、番茄酱备用;
  • 3.豌豆和玉米粒煮熟沥干水分备用;洋葱切丁、香葱切葱花、香菇水发后切丁备用;
  • 4.热锅中入油,小火煸炒洋葱和葱花,至出香味儿;
  • 5.下入鸡肉丁,转中火,翻炒至鸡肉全部变色;
  • 6.加入豌豆、玉米粒和香菇丁,翻炒片刻;
  • 7.加入米饭和番茄酱,继续翻炒2、3分钟;
  • 8.最后加入盐糖调味,翻炒均匀,盛出备用;
  • 9.烧热平底锅,刷上薄薄一层食用油;
  • 10.倒入适量鸡蛋液,小火摊成圆饼,不用翻面,至表面蛋液凝固即可;
  • 11.将蛋饼移入盘中,中间铺上适量炒饭;
  • 12.从两边向中间卷起;
  • 13.翻面;
  • 14.浇上适量番茄酱,即可。
