  • 鸡蛋25g
  • 低筋粉150g
  • 植物油20g

  • 蛋糕预拌粉50g

Steps to make 黄桃派

  • 1.黄油软化后加白糖。
  • 2.用筷子搅打均匀。
  • 3.分次加入鸡蛋液。
  • 4.搅打均匀。
  • 5.加入低筋粉。
  • 6.和成面团,表面不粘手即可。醒10分钟备用。
  • 7.视烤盘大小取适量面团,擀成比烤盘大些的薄皮,从一头卷起,这样比直接揭开面皮好操作。
  • 8.放入烤盘摊开面皮,整形去除边缘多余的面皮。在底部用叉子叉一遍(预防烤制时鼓底)。放入烤箱中层180度10分钟。
  • 9.烤派皮时准备派液。黄桃切片,蛋糕预拌粉,鸡蛋,油拌匀成派液。
  • 10.预烤后的派皮。
  • 11.预烤后的派皮里倒入派液。
  • 12.摆上黄桃片,入烤箱继续烤半小时。
  • 13.烤时注意观察表面上色后把温度调成160度,烤制派芯熟透即可。用一根竹签插入派内,拔出无粘接物表示已烤熟。
  • 14.成品图。
