  • 1.锅内加水烧开将新鲜蛏子倒入沸水中,见贝壳张开捞起过凉水取肉去壳。

  • 3.锅内倒食用油干红辣椒切成段入锅爆香,将处理好的蛏子肉入锅倒上料酒爆炒。
  • 4.韭菜入锅放入盐、生抽、味极鲜大火翻炒几下出锅。
