  • 1.绿豆芽洗净。
  • 2.锅烧开水。
  • 3.放豆芽焯水。
  • 4.水开煮2分钟,过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 5.鸡蛋洗净打碗里。
  • 6.搅散。
  • 7.热锅冷油,晃匀。
  • 8.倒入蛋液。
  • 9.一年煎黄,翻面。
  • 10.取出来。
  • 11.切丝放到豆芽里。
  • 12.葱叶切丝放豆芽里,绿色的辣椒或者香菜都可以。
  • 13.大蒜处理干净切末,放鸡精和食盐。
  • 14.放麻酱和醋。
  • 15.放生抽。
  • 16.拌匀。
  • 17.麻汁放豆芽里拌匀即可。
  • 18.装盘,整理一下。
  • 19.成品。
