香葱蛋糕卷

  • 牛奶65ml
  • 玉米油55ml
  • 白糖50克
  • 3g
  • 葱花5g
  • 肉松10g
  • 2滴
  • 沙拉酱随意

Steps to make 香葱蛋糕卷

  • 1.提前预热烤箱上火190度下火150度,玉米油和牛奶乳化,搅拌至油星即可。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉,拌至无干粉即可。
  • 3.蛋白蛋黄分离。
  • 4.把蛋黄和面糊搅拌均匀,成酸奶状。
  • 5.蛋白里加入盐和几滴醋。
  • 6.用打蛋器高速打至出现大泡泡,分三次加入白糖。
  • 7.打至大弯钩湿性发泡。
  • 8.蛋白霜分三次加入蛋糊里拌匀,不可打圈圈哦。
  • 9.拌匀的蛋糕糊丝滑细腻。
  • 10.倒在铺有油纸的烤盘上,轻轻震去气泡,撒上葱花和肉松。
  • 11.送入烤箱,上火190°下火120°烤10分钟,再调至上下火150度20分钟左右。
  • 12.出炉震去热气。
  • 13.倒扣在晾网上,撕去油纸。
  • 14.晾至温热时,把蛋糕片翻过来,正面朝上,最上面斜切去一千,挤上沙拉酱。
  • 15.借助擀面杖把蛋糕片卷起来,放到冰箱冷藏半小时以上定型。
  • 16.切片享用吧。
  • 17.成品图。
