  • 1.准备用料
  • 2.香菇洗净去蒂切小块,油菜洗净备用
  • 3.锅中放适量水煮沸将油菜放进去焯烫2分钟
  • 4.香菇焯烫3分钟左右
  • 5.淀粉放在碗中加入适量清水
  • 6.1勺生抽
  • 7.白糖适量搅拌均匀待用
  • 8.焯好水的香菇和油菜摆在盘子中
  • 9.姜切末
  • 10.锅中放适量植物油,一点点即可,我的有点多了。下姜末炒出香味
  • 11.倒入调好的汁搅拌,烧热浇在菜上即可
  • 12.成品
