开胃小食——酸菜土豆泥
经历了小长假和动荡的搬家后,终于可以继续更新博客了。今天与大家分享的是酸菜土豆泥,本来是给妞做的,结果我这当妈的不厚道的和孩子抢起了食,味道的确美。以前做的土豆泥都是传统的奶香,蛋黄等味儿,这次稍作改变,味道是大不一样。宝妈们都可以尝试给宝宝做,简单易做。当然宝宝最好是一岁以上哦,一岁以下的宝妈,可以做奶香口味的。

Steps to make 开胃小食——酸菜土豆泥

  • 1.土豆洗净去皮,切片放入蒸锅中蒸至熟;
  • 2.酸菜清洗两到三遍,茎的部分切成小丁,叶的部分留做它用;
  • 3.土豆蒸熟后,取出,乘热将其压成泥状,待用;
  • 4.锅中倒油,待油七成热后,倒入切好的酸菜丁炒出香味,再加入土豆泥翻拌均匀,即可出锅。
